Facilities for hire (lettings)

St Bede's School has a number of facilities available for hire for all types of activities. To find out more or for prices and availability, please email school.lettings@st-bedes.surrey.sch.uk. We are unable to hire out facilities for parties.

Facilities available

Main hall
	Suitable for exhibitions, conferences, awards ceremonies and groups up to 300 seated (no parties). Sound, lighting and a large screen is available subject to approval.
Canteen area
	A large space suitable for up to 300 standing with option to access outdoor covered area. This does not include the commercial kitchen or facilities.
Drum
	Suitable for larger performing arts groups Sound, lighting and a large screen is available subject to approval.
Small drama and music rooms
Suitable for smaller performing arts groups and music lessons
Dance studio
	Suitable for ballet, yoga, pilates, small drama groups (the floor is not suitable for tap or Irish dancing - bare foot or soft soles only) 10 spin bikes available for hire with the studio (no spin shoes in the studio).
The Chapel
	For small worship groups or meetings - up to 30 people
Classrooms
For private tuition or lessons up to 30 people
Gymnasium
	Suitable for smaller events and sports ie dance, gymnastics, martial arts
Sports Hall
	Tournaments, five-a-side football, cricket, badminton, basketball, athletics
All weather pitch - Astro Turf
	Football, hockey and other team sports
All weather running track
	Great for athletics clubs/teams to practice.
Tennis/netball/basketball courts
	Outside sport facility recently resurfaced. Netball/basketball nets available. Tennis courts available from Easter onwards.
