The St Bede's Fitness Suite comprises of a fully equipped gym and free weights room available to all students for free and is open to parents/carers and the local community 18+ years at a low price outside of school hours.

Available to adults in the local community aged 18+

Membership includes induction and a 1-1 programme session by our fully qualified fitness instructor

Sunday 10.00am – 4.00pm

Members' Fitness classes

Monday 6.00-6.45pm - mixed circuit training

Tuesday 6.00-6.45pm - spin class including high intense cardio

Friday 8.00-9.00pm - fitness class - varies weekly
